When school is out for the September holiday, hop on over to the Arboretum for a day of nature exploration and scientific discovery. Children from 4 years old through 2nd grade are invited to hike, create, sing, and learn through play at our first ever September Mini Camp. Sign up for one or both days! All programs are taught by seasoned environmental educators and include activities such as guided hikes, crafts, games, story time, and animal encounters. All campers should bring a snack and an extra set of clothes. Please ensure campers are dressed for the outdoors. Explorers and kindergarteners in extension should also bring a lunch. Pre-registration, health forms, and membership are required for participation in this activity.
