Valerie is a NASM certified personal trainer. She has been a fitness instructor for over 7 years. In 2021, she started her own fitness business, The Goodburn, as a way to put her own creative spin on the types of fitness classes she loves to teach. She also teaches at Equinox in Summit.
Jessica Scarpelli, RYT 200
Jessica completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2018 with Yoga Spark in Tribeca, NYC.
She has since taught yoga at numerous studios in the NY, NJ and Boston metro areas.
She currently teaches at Leapfrog Power Yoga in New Providence and is available for private and small group yoga sessions.
