Learn to cook authentic all-vegetarian Indian cuisine, and sit down with friends, new and old, to enjoy a delicious, home-cooked Indian meal at the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum’s Stone House. Observe a cooking demonstration and ask questions throughout the event. You will receive at least three recipes so you can create the dishes you love again and again once returning home. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage of choice to accompany your meal.

Proceeds from this event benefit the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum’s CAMPAIGN FOR THE FOREST, a restoration of our woodland’s herbaceous and understory layers. We look forward to having you join us at our fourth annual Indian Cooking Demonstration night.
